01E rebuild in my audi 90 quattro?

Hello, I'am new in here, And hope some og you can help me with some questions about putting an 01E gearbox in my 90 quattro with an 01A box, can i just use S2 brackets on the 01E and it will fit directly in my car, or do i have i build my own brackets?

it will fit from s2 with 6 gear. I changed in my car CGR to DSY from S4 b5 and all mounts/brackets are from my car. But CGR is 01E too

You'll also need a spacer about 40mm using s2 mounts in the original subframe as the s2 6spd one is slightly different in that area.

You can use the subframe from a B4 V6 quattro, but you need to change the subframe bushings to B3 ones as the B4 uses a larger hole in the bushings. You need an ABY or B2Q sedan driveshaft, as the 01E is longer than the 01A.
