Maybe you have to put the air out of the hydraulic hose.
Sorry, I don't know how to say it correctly in english.

If the master cyl would be bad you should have light pedal feel as the fluid would go around the seal and therefore create no pressure.

I guess the problem is with the clutch itself or the slave cyl. Did you use the slave cylinder bar of the old cylinder or the new one. I mean the ~10cm long bar that sits between the cylinder and the clutch fork.

Try to take the slave cyl out and see that everything is ok there. (Sorry to suggest this as I know how difficult it is...)

              Ok I see..
U think the clutch could be broken? it's only 3 months old.
I've used a new pump and a new bar..
I've checked the hole where the end of the bar goes, the hole where u stick the slave cylinder into.. it feelt a little bumpy.. not so very smooth..
Should the car be in neutral when I connect the slave cylinder?

              hehe.. it's a funny job....

Well I think the clutch cover (pressure plate) might be broken. One or more of its springs might be broken. Unfortunately.

(Don't blame me if I'm wrong but this all points that direction)

Pressure plate = other half of the clutch, not the clutch disc but the metal one.

There it was!! The gerbox went off and on pretty easy I think..
the Pressure plate was broken, so I replaced the flywheel to a light one and the Pressure plate form S6. Now I also got the Slave cylinder and master cylinder from the S6. And a brand new sinter clutch (on\off clutch)

I did one more thing to my car... I removed the popoff and stuffed the outlet...
gives a REAL nice sound to it... Sounde alot like a aitcraft taking off!!
I'm sure the turbo dont like it.. but.. whatever got a new one

so with all this done i'm out there driving again...
                        Thanks guys for helping!!!

Using a atmosphere dump will make your mixture extremely rich as already measured air is let out of the system.

does it hurt my engine? or any other damage?
                            my turbo went up 0,1..

Won't hurt the engine. The cats will probably fail eventually. Otherwise it's just your wallet and the environment that gets hurt
