    Flywheel pins

Hi guys,I have got SMF for my ABY but there is 2 pins missing and I'm not sure if that's essential to have them or not.Another question is ,timing pin,is it so important to modify it like on DMF?Is it will do the modification,is it exactly to be welded on in location of the oryginal pin?

not 100% required as they're on the clutch side rather than engine side

The flywheel pin works fine, I've used a 3B and 7A both with the pin rather than the welded ABY item.

While you've got the flywheel off you might aswell 'future proof' it and weld the pin, see my experience here.

Ok,I got your point Andy ,but thing that worries me is that the engine and flywheel was already balanced with standard pin
Now I don't know how much this larger pin will effect it?

Mine was already balanced when I added the welded pin, that's why I kept it as small as possible, not noticed any difference since it was fitted.
