    Dqt gearbox on 3b problems

Hi, there guys. I have swapped DQT diesel 6 speed gearbox. I use stock 3b flywheel and stage 5 Spec clutch kit. The problem is that I cant disengage clutch. Do I have to extend clutch cylinder arm and how much? What can be the problem?

Gearbox input shaft might be to long.Clutch operates but the shaft is friction turned.Got this hapened on one rs2 gearbox replacement to a diesel one.Do not ask me the diesel code, was some time ago.

Have a look first into clutch housing by remooving rpm and crank position sensor bracket.Maybe you will get enough space to see if the disc gets free when clutch is pressed.

Stock 3B flywheel from audi 200 I suppose? It was designed for 016 transmission with long shaft. It is not promised to suit 01A/01E tranny (including DQT).

Before this it was running ok with sachs racing pressure plate for AAN with 3b flywheel from s2. This evening i tried with longer(longest possible) shaft on clutch pump. Now it disengages but not fully. When i put into 1st gear with clutch pedal pressed, car starts to move slowly forward.
