  • New wheels

    Guys,

I'm having a bit of a problem. I am looking to get a new set of wheels but am struggling to find a set that I like in 18" with only the 4 stud fitment (I have a 7A).

Any ideas or is there a way to convert to 5 stud?????????

If there is, is it safe or massively expensive???

Has anyone ever put an unmarked (i.e. badge removed) set of M3 Evo's on a coupe. If so a nice piccy to give me to mull over please

Eh? BMW wheels on an Audi, tut tut!

Im sure there are 18's available for the 4 stud somewhere, its also possible to convert to 5 stud but obviously thats a bit more work and expense.

Surely the combination of differences with wheel bolt spacing and offset on the beemer will make it utterly incompatible on the Audi. Sounds to me like a whole lot of work for little gain.

I'm sure the modern style Audi aftermarket alloys are available on the 4x108 bolt pattern, but you probably would get more choice with the 5x112 hubs. That conversion has been done many times, but it can be expensive sourcing the donor parts.
