wide rims?

Hi!
I'm thinking to put new rims to my s2 coupe to replace the rs6 18" 8,5".

18" 9" would it fit with ET 30?
what about 17" 10" ET 30?

If you have wider rims than 8,5" i wanna know what those are and ET-number.

im not sure 9 or 10" will fit because of the track rod and suspension strut and you may have clearance issues with the wheel arch if you have too much of an offset

I think 8.5" is the most u can have, sorry mate no bigfoot with the S2

Mine are 8.5's and running 225's and there is a little room but not much

im running 9x17" , no problems, my car is not lowered though. kinda like the feel of the quattro suspension as it is, not too hard but still firm

Rims are ET 47 with a 25mm spacer, resulting in ET 27 as far as i remember.

Tyres are 235/40-17, i dont think i would have any problems with a mild lowering, say 30-40mm, except for my hanging Miltek exhaust hoping on fixing that
