After just over a month of ownership we have got round to fitting my RS2 replica alloys

I struggled to find some centre caps for the wheels so ended up making some.

Are those Mile Miglia RS2 Reps on a 5x112 pcd? If so, do you have any more of those centre caps you made up, or could you make up some more?! I am missing a few...

They look great by the way, the Cup 1 alloy really suits the S2.

Jamo - Yes that certainly is 'Parts daddy' written on the back of Ben's overalls. A birthday prezzy I believe.

dan_b - They are indeed Mille Miglia RS2 reps. I cant see a problem with making a few more centres for you. Let me know how many you want. It may take a few weeks as I have be on the right shift at work to do a 'homer' if you know what I mean
I have lacquered them but they would look better painted.

@Matt - you're very kind. 4 would be perfect as I've lost one, one is nearly broken, and the other two are corroded anyway so look minging! If that's too much to ask though 2 would be more than cool...

I see you've fitted Toyos too - good one, they're a great tyre, did you get a good price? Incidentally, where did you get the RS2 reps from as they're extremely hard to come by these days, Mile apparently don't make them anymore?

I got the wheels, tyres, and porsche calipers thrown in with the deal when I bought the car from Dr H so I dont know about prices, sorry.
I just couldn't buy the car and leave behind all the goodies

It shouldn't be a problem knocking up 4 more centre caps for you. They are made from aluminium with a stainless bolt in the middle. I will leave the finishing up to you (paint or lacquer?).

Looking good mate they should have been on when I had it. Like the centre caps too. If I get my figures right the wheels (2nd hand), refurb and tyres cost somewhere in the region of £700 in total - christ I gave you a good deal

Not got a replacement for the S2 yet but it's going to be a Lotus 340R I think. Driven a couple and they are like rocket powered go-karts! Went in one last night and it's the only thing that has ever reminded me of riding a motor bike - proper mad acceleration and no roof

Anyway, hope you're enjoying the S2.

Hello Leigh, cheers for comments.
I knew the wheels weren't cheap, plus the other bits 'n' bobs, I think I can say I was pleased.
I've got some porsche logo badges that I might put on.
I've still not fixed the running problem yet though.

I've been round the Lotus factory and have seen various Loti (sp?) being glued together. Quite impressive and would recommend having a look.
