A4 Avant wheels on a S2

Will 17" wheels RS4 reps off a A4 2.6 fit my S2.?

yes but you have to use spacers.

A4 is 45mm offset.

Exactly. Using 8 mm spacers will make the offset correct (ET37).

Although, if you don't mind running the wrong offset you might get away with running ET45. It depends on how wide tyres you're going to mount on the rims. I'm running ET45 on my winter tyres (205/55R16) on 7x16" rims without any clearance issues. The wrong offset might add some load on the wheel bearings, but I like the fact that the wheels sit a bit deeper in the arches in winter.

In the summer I'm thinking of running ET35.
