What manufacturers wheels fit?

I thought that it would be a good idea to have a difinitive list of car models from manufacturers whose wheels will fit straight onto our cars or will fit with the smallest of modification.
I have started the list (based on 5x112 stud PCD). It would be a great idea if people in the know could copy the list and add any more info e.g. more car models, mods needed to wheels etc.
Plus, maybe a moderator could make this a sticky too for quick reference.

Only other thing to double check is the centre, ours is something like 57.1mm, I know some of the Merc stuff is different.

What impact does the bore size have? If the bore is too large can they e stepped down? If too small can they be turned out?
