  • Alloys; Compomotive CXT 18"

I've Got the "Want New Alloys" Bug after been let down with the BBS LM's I bought.. As much as I like them I can't afford £799.00 per wheel...

So have been looking round for some new ones.... Found these and like the look of them... and at £270.00 an alloy they aren't too expensive...

Compomotive CXT's Is anyone running with these on a Coupe???

    Or someone handy with Paintshop...

If I was to get a set of 18's what is the ideal offset to get...

I am running with the 996 Brake upgrade & I don't want to run with spacers...

    Cheers Guys...

No doubt this will spark some comments...

6.5kg is probably a 13" wheel designed for mk2 escort or similar i know i had some 18" comp mo's and they were 12kg each

I can't decide, on one hand they look very mean and motorsport, but on the other hand they kinda remind me of Venom's!

I emailed Compomotive last night as they sell direct and have come back with a price for all 4 in white or silver for only £903.81 inc vat and shipping.. which is less than thier dealers....

This is what they have said...

We can machine some CXT wheels up for your Audi S2 Coupe, using Primary heat treated LM9 Alloy.

Can have them in Anthracite, Satin Black or Gold for an extra £40.00.
Just gotta sweet talk the missus... Shes non to impressed as my Recaro Seats for my Golf have just arrived this morning.. and the idea of me spending another load of money when I say we can't afford to go away on Holiday is getting her back up... :mischeif:

Funnily enough, I nearly put "apart from Ronal teddys!" LOL!
Anyway... back on track... I think the CXT's would look very nice in anthracite.
Might have to dig out a photoshop....
