Can always tell the old folks.

Old folks? In the '70s we called it the Formula 1 look. Didn't like it then either, just for safety's sake, on a street driven vehicle. But to each his own I say.

A little stretch does look awesome but too much is just so wrong IMHO

Because it looks good and if you dont want to damage your rim stay away from the downs haha

its not all that bad i'm running 10x18 225/40/18 on the back of my daily mk4 gti golf for one year with no problems.
not sporty cornering but not dangerous at all even on iced rods in the morning.
but its not a track day cornering monster
