    New Tyres Advice

    Hi guys,

Looking for two new front tyres for my S2 ABY (might get four if the price is decent enough, but rear tires have plenty meat left on them). I currently have Maxxis Victra MA-Z1's (225/40 ZR18 92W) but looking online, they're pretty expensive and hard to source.

I've come across these (which seem a great price) - but does anyone have any experience, views or recommendations on cheaper brands?

I don't do a lot of miles; nor push my car to the limit; so elite high end tires are not of optimum importance really...

Currently running on 18" RS4 replicas; if anyone has any preferences or the like, then please let me know
    Cheers,
    Grant

      Many thanks,

I decided to go with the Nankangs; I'll be sure to let you all know how they compare with my V1's. £191 for four and free delivery, I'm not expecting a lot but will let you know!
      Cheers,
      Grant

The price of Nangkangs is very reasonable, though their performance is just somewhat good.

What ones did you get? That is a serious bargain for r's.
The ar-1's get a good shout but they are not cheap by any stretch. You could get r888's for similar money.
Obviously they won't tick all the boxes a Pirelli or Michelin does but after experiencing them on a rwd car they should be pretty good on an awd. Too much grip is boring anyway. If you don't feel like your about to die your not living.
