  • Audi a8 parabool rims 17 in 8j et48 on s2 Avant

    Hello guys,

    I have a s2 Avant That I would Like to fit with 17 inch Audi a8 parabool rims, 8 j et48. With 225 45 17 tyres. I am using standard 5 spoke wheels 16 inch 7j et37 now.

So I guess Some spacers Will be necessary, Like 10 mm wide But I am not Sure About That.

My question is, Will this work and What spacers and tyres do I need? And is wheel centre bore something to take into account?

    Help is more than welkome

Hy Jos, I had these wheels on my car a few years ago. If I remember right I only used 15mm spacers.

I would intend to have good 13mm hubcentric spacers for such wheels and tyres.

Less than 13 would be close to impossible because of tyre-to-rod clearance and hubcentric spacer design limits.
More than 13 is up to your taste.

Allright, will use 15 mm spacers.

Do you have a picture of these wheels on the car? Very curieus!

Maybe another question for V6 Quattro: What wheelnuts did you use in combination with the 15mm spacers?

Original s2, original a8 or special and linger wheelnuts?
