    Hi there!
    i'm from italy and nearly to buy an S2 Audi...

    which is the difference between 3B and ABY? Which is the 2.2L 220hp version?

    thanx for the answers, i'll hope to be a full member ASAP

        The intercooler is a bit smaller on the 3B. The ignition system is different too.

        I think the difference comes from the ECU, the ABY is a little more refined and has an 'overboost' function, think this is where the extra 10bhp comes from and it has bags more mid-range torque. However, both cars remapped are very similar. The ABY has a 6-speed box, too.

        The 3B is also 100kg lighter, and has a ligher flywheel too. Which makes it a bit more 'raw'.

          10x Ross.

          i thought i'll buy a ABY 'cause it has a 6spd transmission. It's around 4,000€ (about 2,700£), is it a good deal? 150,000 kilometers made by an averaged man.

            In the UK you'd be lucky to get one for £4000, let alone EUR4000.
