Hello, My name is Rich some may know me from club Audi, CGTIW and the quattro forum(?) I have joined up as I own a UR quattro that I intend to put a 3B S2 engine inplace of the WR 10v lump. I have found a donor that may be suitable and if I sell the black leather interior and some other choice bits from it I can stick to my budget. Im the mean time I am selling my other toys, a Rallye G60 and a Mk1 Golf GTI in Helios blue. That way the girlfriend will be happy as we plan to buy a house soon.
Well I hope to learn from everyone and hopefully contribute where I can...

Helllo back... I have been reading the archives and its all inspiring. I was thinking of going the RS2 route for power to 380hp but seeing homebuilt 500hp machines is truly amazing. Still for starters I think getting the engine in will be a good start

That will be a fun project alright - welcome on board. You'll find us a helpful friendly bunch of S2/RS2 nutcases on here most of the time. Feathers get ruffled occasionally but that's life. Tonnes of info in the archives for you to enjoy...

Your biggest problem is going to be keeping your thoughts away from the dark side of a potential 300-400-500bhp in that UR if your fi(n)ance permits
