Thanks everyone. It’s finally alive! Had it running earlier in the week thanks to Stealthacq on here for tonnes of help and advice. Sounds sweet for a car that hasn’t ran for 10 years! New brakes all round, headlights and other bits and pieces arriving next week so I can take it for an MOT before the end of the month!

What a shame, Dave was just such a helpful treasure trove of knowledge, and always processed everything in easy to follow posts.
I did wonder what had happened to him.

Thank you, I will keep you updated on what happens. My mechanical knowledges is pretty good but electronics fry my brain. If it’s too complicated I will get my auto electrician on it.....if he hasn’t closed down for quarantine.
