Hi I am new to the forum just got my 80 b3 sport saloon. my plans is to do a complete engine and Quattro conversion any advice on engine or Quattro system is best for b3 thx in advance.

Anything is possible but it's a lot of work to make it Quattro, expensive and not easy to find the parts. Best engine would be 5 pot 20v turbo, but again, lots of work and expensive.
A more simple route would be to keep fwd and go for in line 4 pot 20v turbo from VAG group cars, fitted to passat and Octavia etc. Use engine mounts from late 80 Cab. Or, as suggested, look for a quattro.

I needed a clutch pressure plate in 2010 and removed the engine. Had 2 children since never put it back together but plan on getting it all back together once again and to it's former glory. Best place to get a normal clutch kit?
