Hi to everyone, i'm from italy, then apologize my english.. I have a question for you all: I have found a s2 coupè 1991, with 125k km - 78k miles.. and i wanted to know if it is a good deal, the old owner wants 5k euro, should i go and buy it or wait until i find one with the ABY? Is it possible in case to swap an ABY into the car? Thanks a lot for your help!!!

The ABY conversion is not easy.
It would be cheaper to buy an ABY than to buy and then convert a nice 3b, I would think.

78k miles is low
Has it got leather, opening rear windows etc.?

full leather, electronic warmed seats, perfect conditions, 2 owners, nother s2 for parts... the only lack: it's red... is it a reliable car? i don't know a lot about it, since now i've only had jap cars.. but a friend of mine took me with his s2 and i falled in love instantly... is there a big difference between aby and 3b? if i find an aby engine, will it fit in the hood or should i modify the miunts or else? THANKS
