my intro

hi. My names john and i live in cambridgeshire. I've just bought 'AUDIMAN's green s2.
What a car. As soon as i had a test drive, i thought this is the perfect car for me.
I own a mk3 golf with a 20vt conversion, pushing 300 but built for 500+, and now this audi. I must admit that the audi has the instant wow factor, probably due to it running 2.5 bar, on a gt35/40r. A good friend of mine owns A1 rallysport, who is going to mess around with the audi and hopefully push the boundaries a bit.

I am a member of clubgti and a few friends insisted i came to this fantastic site.

I'm new to the audi side of things( petrol cars), but have been modding engines myself, along with the help of a few respectable tuners, for a few years now.

I'm hoping to start the modifications asap, starting with tidying the engine bay and playing with a different turbo.

Anyway, HELLO to all.

I also purchased a new jetta 2 months ago. Cant beat a good old family derv. I use to own a tuned a3 tdi, but chopped her in for the jetta.

Where in Cambridgeshire are you based? I am based just outside Cambridge. Next time you pass, you can stop in and give a lift in the beast, as I never managed to get a go when it was Tom's.

Although I do have video footage somewhere of Tom doing a 3.6sec 0-60 run at the GTi last year
