Hi everyone! I ended up here because my wife needed a bargain car years ago. I had one weekend to find one and only 500 english bucks. This way we aquired a lovely 1987 Coupe Quattro, which suited her french driving style perfectly. With the virus in me I found myself a 1981 Ur-Quattro on ebay. This was more a project than an everyday drive, I found. But I am keeping it, whereas the coupe was given to some local kids who asked me for it ;~) Six months ago I was looking for another bargain drive and naturally found myself in an Audi 100 Quattro Avant. It did the job, but now I wonder if it is worth putting on another tax disc, as it shows signs of quirkiness in the water jacket. I hope this forum will help me to find a new home for the 100 and some parts for the Ur. I joined this forum after a hint from a mate at work. Good luck for 2009 to all forum members! Guenter
