Hey - a Frenchman thinks the English are cool - now that is cool OK !! In french we juste said : " il y a des bouchons " , so " There is jam " In fact i must say " There is traffic jam ... ok !
Don't think that the French don't like you.
Finally it is surely the case of some , but we shouldn't generalize.
In fact I think if you see so little French, it is because we speak very little English ...
Our school system is really zero.
The language barrier is real ... it's Europe's problem! (Compared to U.S.)
