Hi guys, ive been searching for a forum where there are some a90q owners and i think i found it lol
Last night i was searching ebay for something cheep but different (ive always had vw's mainly mk1's and 2 with 20vt/g60 engines) and i stumbled across an audi 90Q with 2min remaining.
Thing is ive seen this car around locally and i kept meaning to ask the owner if it was for sale, then all of a sudden i find it on the bay with 2min remaining, something told me to buy it
Now i know NOTHING about these audis and im here to learn, ive done some searching but i still cant figure out what its called, maybe a type89
Its a 5pot quattro an an F plate, is it based on the s2 chassis?
What engines fit into it, maybe im just being crazy but would s4 2.7bi turbo fit, im not scared of a bit of work,ive done more or less every engine swap you can do into golfs inc 20vt,r32,g60,pd so no issues there
Ive got a VR6 Turbo engine that i was building to put into a mk2 golf, id imagine it would fit into the audi, but what gearbox would it mate to, im thinking my audi has the 016 box?
