You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Just Joined this fantastic site - Have been reading a number of articals and found them very useful. I am in the process putting my S2 Coupe back on the road after its had 6 years in the garage due to the fun of running an RS6 Advant - which Sadly has got to go... So expensive to keep it running & serviced with over priced Audi Dealers!!!
RS6 Costs are silly - It went in for an altenator fitting and the dealers found a pipe was leaking from the intercooler, the pipe was £300 with oil & fitting, but they could not get it loose from the intercooler, it then needed replacing with all the pipes etc.... Bill came to nearly £5000.00. I took it up with Audi and after a few weeks of discussion and the threat of legal action the covered 3.5 out of the £5K bill..... This was the final straw!!!!
Brilliant car to Drive and super quick!!!
But at what costs - it's an Audi at the end of the day not a Prancing horse or a Lambo!!! But the bills are!!
