I'll have an ABY for sale soon for about the 3K mark. It's just being touched up on the paintwork...Comment

Keep the bug! My s2 avant is great for transporting bits of my bug around and for getting 2 beetle engines in the boot!Comment

Mine is not running 100% at the moment i have a boost leak somewhere. But onc ei have that sorted it is fine. Many on here run a lot more than 350hp with no problems. Im using mine daily at the moment and love it. Once i sort the leak out i will love it even more3'' Longlife Exhaust, Koni Adjustables, H&R Springs, Full RS2 Setup with Mr Nugents RS2 Chips

welcome
being a former G60 owner i can see why the coupe may attract you. for the space you need an avant is the way.
main differences.
S2 has a poorer chassis, more wobble, is heavier, poorer brakes, more creaks and rattles, greater potential to leak.
G60 had better chassis, some really annoyingloy costly and unreliable bits (not thye charger but sunroof etc). C is by far the better drivers car.
on the power front the G60 can become hard work esp with a 65mm pulley, red tops, front mount etc as mine did. having said that a tuned G60 like that is standard S2 fast and much quicker through the3 bends.
beauty if s2 is over 350hp. the engine and running gear can hack it no problem. im nearing the 500hp mark now and it still feels ok.
the grip is the + and the -
personally i would not bother with RS2 stuff its not good value at all IMO. its also very old technology.
hope this helps as in this instance BTDTComment
