New owner of B2 90 quattro 20V Turbo

Hello to all the forum.. Just thought I would introduce myself to say I'm the new owner of Taffs beast built by Brain from Tonks appreciate the conversion and saving me the dirty hands I'm as yet to see the car in the flesh as I'm still offshore until the 29th of this month so that's why my folks had to go down and pick it up from Taff tho my Dad didn't take much persuasion .. so I'll be getting my hands dirty when I'm off looking at sourcing new bits Brakes and suspension for starters and taking a look at the passenger A pillar.. I'll post some new photos when I get home and sorted..

P.s Can't wait to get off this rig and drive the car

Hi mate, welcome to the forum, I hope you like the car when you get home
Just imagine what it would be like with rs2 setup and brakes and suspension that are not akin to a barge...

Hi, Brian..Thats the exact route I'm going to go down, it will be a awesome set up just think how upset some 40 - 50k car owners are going to be . I’m only home for 3 weeks and 1 of them I'm off on holiday, this liver aint seen drink for 4 months so that’s first on the list.. Taff's given your number to my Dad so if you don't mind Brian when I get home to give you a call and I'll get up to speed with the car?

You got yourself a fast car already but with RS2 setup it will be unreal..... Welcome to the forum, I love that shape of Audi. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here and get lots of help. Not been able to drink for 4 months isn't that illegal????? Would be if it was my country. Good luck with your plans for the car and keep us updated.
Just some finishing touches to do now

Cheers for the welcome chaps.. I’ve had far to long with no drink inside it's time to go home, I agree I should be fined.. My Dad owened 2 of these 1 a 90 CD the other a quattro, I learned to drive in the CD so 14yrs later (to long I know but the GTI MK2 was my favorite at the time) it was time to hunt for the right car to do this conversion and this came along so I just had to have it. For sure I will keep the forum updated. And any questions or problems I come across I'm sure the knowledge will be on here somewhere.

RS2 setup is the way to go on a type 85, same plans as I got with my 90 quattro.

              Good luck with the car.
