Is that so the BMW can have a bumper sticker that says "My other car works in the wet too"?

              Cheers n

Si if you buy my car you can have the front bumper grills for free

Think it would make you think you're in the RS2 again though, until you mashed you heel into the ground and goot reminded that its not quite.

Guys, I have gone for the emerald green one in the end.

It drives beautifully, has full history and 3 owners, two of which are the current owner and his brother for the last 10 years. The mileage is 194k, a little higher than I wanted however, the head has had a full rebuild 30k ago due to the dreaded spark plug loosening problem, OEM parts used throughout. The AP brakes stick it right on it's nose and are better than the Quattronic Porsche upgrade I had on my RS2, the RS4 wheels are unmarked. Everything works as it should, even the aircon (non sunroof model) so happy there. The sound system is awesome and not too intrusive and the RS2 interior is great as it isn't electric so it sits lower in the car (RS2's sit too high for my liking). The owners brother had it retro fitted when his business was doing well and was a bespoke order. Tax and MOT until June next year with no advisories on the MOT. It has had an MRC remap too so it goes like stink. I saw it started from cold (genuinely) and nothing came out of the back of the full stainless steel exhaust system so fingers crossed no issues there.

The only downsides are non epsiliod headlights due to it being a 93 (anyone have any secondhand?) and a small patch of rust on each front arch, easy enough to get sorted though.

It is great to hear and feel that 5 cylinder beat again Pick up in a couple of weeks when I am next back.

                        cheers

                        Simon
