There is something unusual about the wastegate setup on the car. Someone has a pipe permanantly connected to the top of the wastegate and going through the bulkhead.

Also the car isn't idling right and is cutting out coming to a stop while approaching a junction.

Also he is getting fuel cut which suggests a massive boost leak to me.

I've suggested putting the boost control piping back to stock and doing a boost leak test. Following on from that clean up the connections on the MAF sensor.
