Well they are already rolled, don't need to pull them.

Right well I've fitted the new shocks and springs, its got rid of nearly all the bumps and rattles. . . But not all.
Only slightly concerning thing is that it currently isnt sat level.

Front N/S from floor to top of arch is 590mm
Front O/S from floor to top of arch is 615mm

The rears are slightly different too, by around 10mm, It's currently sat in the works carpark which is level, I know my drive isn't. So I'll measure the drops laters.
    Any ideas?

Nice one RE2500, I work in the Process Technology Group at the AMRC.

Not updated this in ages. (or setup a proper thread, will do this tonight)

Had a few issues that almost made me give up and get rid on the 80. However, I'm not a quitter so I've put some time into it and here's a short update.

-60mm Weitec kit fitted -Suspension now sitting level after much arsin about
      New engine mounts fitted
      New top mounts fitted
Power steering pump replaced / new fluid
Running issues all sorted - All connections cleaned and a full can of carb cleaner sprayed in + new fuel filter + few tanks of V-power with red-ex
Cold Air Feed fitted to air box
      Headlight surrounds blacked
      Fog lights and indicators blacked
Front bumper adjusted to fit better

      Here's a few pics.

and I loved the look of it in this shot (even though its not clean)

      Will update more laters.

was there something wrong with the suspension, or did it "sit down" properly itself? Picture the cold air feed, i wonder how it looks

Not too sure what was wrong with the suspension in the end, I had it jacked up when I was changing the fuel pump (that was a pain in the **** too) and then I dropped it down it had leveled off, I guess the spring moved in the seat??

I'll get pics of the air feed later mate as I don't have any on my computer.

          Cheers,

          Andy
