Hi all, names Wes from Ireland. Have a 94 80 tdi avant. Had the car for almost a year, always loved them and finally got my hands on one.
Have lots of big plans for it, but being a poor student they are on hold for a bit
thanks drummer! quattro would be nice!! was thinking about taking the 1z as far as i could, respray in either a gunmetal grey or vw toffee brown, dropping it on a set of bbs rs in black or gunmetal and try and find leather interior!
Both really nice colours for the car. The brown would be totally different.
Oh the good old bbs rs rims. Do love mine. Pain to keep shiny where I stay.
i'll keep you in mind what sort of money? i'd like a matching set, front and rear etc. yes i'm leaning towards the brown, really liking it on some of the cars i've seen so far. the bbs are a bit overdone here but i never see them in black, i could change my mind but definitely something dished!
same story here, car isn't clean 5 minutes before it's filthy again especially in this weather.

I would recommend reading Project Sooty, a must for all dagdag B4s
Finding Leather is easier becuase it's an avant rather than saloon. You can buy a set of seats from an S2 avant and they'll fit right in. Saloon leather is much harder to find (well, the rear seat is anyway).
not much in the way of anything partswise down here in the south though! also looking to install cruise control if possible! does anyone know how to check if my car is the later easier model to install?
