Just joined - Audi S2 Avant MY95

Purchased a 191k Emerald green S2 Avant yesterday, with Green leather.

I believe it was smudge72 car from back in in 2010.

Engine still pulls really stong, though needs some TLC which I'll aim to give;






And for the ugly bits;

All for wheels need refurbing and new rubber fitting;






Need to fit new track rod arms and rear tie arms to enable a successful alignment

Then looks like it needs replacement bonnet and interior carpet, then a good detail and some of the following paint work repaired;






And finally an new knob for here;



Any help or guidance for replacement parts and suppliers appreciated, going to be based near to Swindon and plan to restore to her form glory.

to the forum, you will find lots of info on here and where to purchase parts etc, very help full forum good luck getting her back to her former glory be sure to post pics along the way! Must say though never seen a interior in that colour before

Thanks guys, looking forward to the challenge, already ordered all the rod arm parts that bambridge fabricates, hopefully this will sort out the current steering and enable the car to be aligned correctly.

Everything, bar the head unit, is factory speced, the car was ordered and registered to Harvey Nichols LTD, intended for the MD, so presume he had some liking of the green.

i think i saw it on pistonheads last week, remember that green leather. i think it was
3k? was tempted myself..
