Quick intro before running to the cars for sale bit...

    Hi all

I'm Nik, based in Leicester. Currently on the hunt for a new toy as my old Focus RS company car has been replaced with a more family friendly Amarok. Love the truck, but miss the throttle response and a five cylinder turbo! Stumbled across the forum whilst researching a car on eBay....so hello!! Previous encounters have included TVR S3, 325 E30 and 16v Mk2GTi.

I look forward to joining the ranks of S2 ownership soon!

Have the mechanical ability of a stunned squirrel - so will most likely be making a local mechanic very ricg!

        Welcome

Don't panic they are not hard cars to work on, if it's a weekend toy not a daily you can take your time. I can't think of a job that someone on here hasn't already tackled and documented, and of course there are always plenty of folk willing to help you out.

I'm assuming you want a coupe since you already have a tank capable of carrying a coffin.

Not sure of your budget but there are two very nice well cared for examples currently for sale on the forum:

        3B in Pearl Blue

        Rare Aqua ABY
        Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt
        Indigo ABY coupé
        Imola B6 S4 Avant

Can't go wrong with either of them! Those two cars tempt me into owning a second coupe if I had the money, seriously

            Thanks Error!

Have spotted both of those, currently just debating 3B vs. ABY. More research required. And would have to scrabble down the back of the sofa for the Aqua car...
