Hi guys, thought I would drop a post in the into forum as I have been lurking for a few days now.
I'm a great admirer of both the S2 & RS2, but I actually found this forum whilst looking for information on urS4/urS6's - seems to be a few members on here with them, and a few for sale!! Hopefully that doesn't make me a gate crasher!
S2 Avant would be lovely, but for my needs they are both a bit too expensive and too small.
Here is my current fleet for anyone that might be interested!!
2004 Honda S2000 - I don't get to drive it that often as my OH uses it daily, but it's a lovely car when I do get the chance!! Not quite as communicative as my old mk1 Eunos, but probably still a better car all round, and a lovely sound from the V-TEC four pot:

1988 Porsche 944 S - I have admired the 944 ever since I was a kid, and love any car with pop ups! When I sold my Eunos I decided I had room to find a nice 944. I didn't have the funds for a good Turbo, which is what I really wanted, so decided to go with any model I could find that was in good condition and had been looked after - there are a lot of ropey ones around now. Lovely car, old school 16v feel with quite a strong top end, my favourite 944 colour as well!!

1987 Porsche 944 Turbo - this a recent purchase, only had it a few months. The itch for a Turbo had to be scratched, and when one came up local(ish) at a sensible price, I decided to take a look. I really love this one, not quite as tidy as my 944 S, but it will be treated to some TLC next year - mechanically it is very good, but has had a respray that isn't quite as good as I'd like, and there are a few rusty bits that need sorting - so it will end up getting re-painted next year. Shame it's not red, but it's a 1987 only colour which is nice, and I do quite like metallic greys!

Now as practical as the 944's are, I can't really keep both (storage, and time for the tinkering) - I always used to have an estate car, and I quite often miss not having one, so the 944 S is up for sale currently, and hopefully I will be replacing it with a urS6 Avant.
I've had a bit of a look around on here, ebay, etc and I've seen a number of cars selling for around £1500 mark, sometimes less, and that would be my budget, so hopefully I will be able to find something once my 944 has sold.
No doubt I will have a few questions to ask, and a few S2/RS2's to admire along the way!

Loads of brilliant info to be found here for the S4/6. If you put up a wanted thread you may find what you are looking for

Always fancied one of them. The URS6 estate your after is a great car and as you know Shaun and his fleet of S6 estates it's probably best to buy one of his
