Hello from Lincoln

Just joined the forum. Been running a 1998 Cabriolet 2.6 V6 for a while and have recently got a 1995 Quattro Coupe 2.8 V6.

I hope to have it back on the road soon but it is in need of a new rear subframe. Been looking and they seem very hard to find. Any tips on sourcing or if parts from a different Audi can be modified to fit would be appreciated.

Oh if anyone knows the part number for the rear subframe on my '95 Quattro it would be a big help as well. Thanks.

All the B2, B3 and B4 coupe only Quattros have the same rear subframe.
The B2 dosint have the rear swaybar mounting brackets.
But..are the same...
Somebody correct me if i am wrong...

i believe b4 is different,b2 and b3 are the same

All Coupe's are B3 based, Audi fitted a few B4 bit's to the front end on S2's and all Coupe's after 1990 but their the same mechanically.

True B4 rear subframes from Avant's and saloons are totally different to the Coupe part and have way more in common with B5 cars.

I drive by W-St-H daily as I work in Lincoln...not in the S2 as thats for another day..
