S2 Race car rebuild

Hi guys,
I've bought the Simon Bainbridge wide body Audi S2 after following it for a few years.
We're going to do a rebuild and would like some advice on a few things.

1. What is the highest HP / boost we can get with standard Pistons/rods?
2. It's got a 2.2 ABY, what pistons, rods and compression ratio should we put in to run about 600BHP?
3. Where to get a new set of Lexan other than Plastics4Performance £££!
4. Which sequential box would go in this car?

Very nice buy congratulations! Rods will need up-grading to be safe. I think standard piston are good for that sort of power look at 'Chef's' build on here as he is running that an some.

Standard rods will be the weak point. Standard Pistons will handle 600+ but depending on your intended fuel you might want to skim them to drop the CR

Have you cracked the motor yet? I'd have thought it already has uprated internals. I think Aelred was involved in building the engine and AutoMark tuned it. Try contacting them if you're looking for details of what's been done to it previously.
