Next week is now ... I have 3D-printed two parts of the design and glued them together, for testing on a RS2.

Why not make some youself? Buy some aluminium plate 1mm thick. Cut to size and make a former with timber. It's very easy to fold and work with. If you were down the road, I'd give you a hand

These door trims are really becoming a problem. I need to replace two of mine, or at the very least glue in new metal channels and do the best I can with the appearance of the trim. So far I've struggled to find a local fabricator who will make up a couple of channels . . . it's just the sort of small crappy job that none of them want to take on. In fact, one guy offered to do it for A$1,500 . . . that's about £800!!

I'm getting so desperate that I've been looking at furniture drawer runners to see if any might do the job.

Any brilliant ideas gents?!
