There are two choises of I5 lineup manifolds:
Small diameter runners for ultimate spoolup and throttle response. Runner diameter is 38mm outside and 33mm inside. Proven to work well up to over 900hp.
Material is heat resistant mild steel.
Product incorporates CNC milled collector unit, thick, 15mm watercut flanges and full tig welding.
Big diameter runners are ment for racing purposes only, proven to be good for power levels exeeding 1000hp without nitrous or other tricks.
Material is seamless mild steel pipe.
In both pics the manifolds are without coating.

Both designs fit the turbo in the same position in the engine bay.
Both designs fit all T85,T89/B4 and C5 bodies with normal I5 engine.
Both designs fit rather big size turbos, up to T5 frame +1200hp hybrids, in all mentioned bodies.
Both designs can be fitted with special turbo flange and practically any WG flange.
Usually customer provides the WG flange prior to manufacturing, as the flange often comes with the purchase of the wastgate itself.
Both designs come with either KKK or T3 style flange. Other flanges with extra cost
Basic prices include VHT fireproof coating.

manifold42:1050eur
special turbo flange: 100eur
EGT nipple: 50 eur
ceramic coating: 150 eur
plasma coating: 650 eur
WG flanges: 35 eur and up
Delivery time is anything from 4 to 6 weeks. Full front payment. Lead time is counted from the arrival of the payment/possible WG flange
