Why on earth not? If they are still factory packaged they should be absolutely fine.
Think of the life on an injector that has been ON a high mile car for 150,000 odd miles...and still works fine
Being in a box or plastic bag isnt going to be a problem.

The one 078 133 551N is still available from audi? or no? , if yes then maybe it works with specified ECU?

Totally agree half the parts you get from audi have been sitting on shelf for ten years for our cars i got some parts in ancient boxes engine parts which are going into my engine rebuild

            £160 for 4 or £504 for 4??
            Which would you choose?
N.O.S injectors are bound to be better than knackered ones.

                  Exactly:
Sometimes superceded parts are worse than the originals.

Just after an injector is made, the manufacturer will flow an oil based liquid through it in order to give the inside of the injector some protection against rust as there is no telling how long it will be sat on a shelf for.

How do you know if it still works fine when it is fitted to the car?

Can you see the spray pattern?

Can you measure the fuel flow rate?

Just because the car seems to run ok doesn't mean to say that the injectors are working perfectly

Guys, In general I agree with what you are saying. However injectors are very delicate pieces of equipment which are manufactured to very tight tolerances. But all I am saying here is that I would personally have them tested before I fitted them to my car as there is no telling where these injectors have been for the last 10 years.

As for main dealers, well I've seen brand new injectors which have been fitted to customers cars that have turned out to be faulty, but no they are not time sensitive

No, Bosch stopped making this for Audi over 10 years ago

Pete has a bargain here for someone for sure, but I would also be wary about just fitting them blindly - not much money would get them flow checked by a suitably equipped Bosch specialist (or AudiPartsGuru).

Had a set of these a year ago from Pete for my wifes old 80V6q. They did exactly what they said on the tin.
