Having a little trouble getting it to let me do any thing, it wont except my car details and there for wont let me into the work shop manuals
Any ideas hints, tips, cheats ?
Cheers James
Yep I use use it. About as un user friendly as you can get but good info. Whats the problem exactly? Our version doesnt list any info on the S2, but if your running an ABY I use early S6 data to get my info.
i put the infomation of the car in.... and then its happy but i then select the work shop manual and it asks for the car infomation again.
But it will not allow me to press OK so i can try again...?
Just enter the engine and transmission codes and model year i think as dan said ,should then work anyway withoutt chassis number , from memory doesnt like the chassis number on some of the earlier stuff
Make sure when you start it up to click "OK" when the pop up "notes" window appears...dont just close it down. Otherwise it wont let you access all the info and workshop menus but lets you still enter your car details...
Ask me how I know

its like an irritating popup warning window...thats just ripe for X'ing down...but elsawin doesnt work if you do..
Additionally....elsawin is not much use for the S2 IMHO (as in its not on there)....but for later cars it superb.
