It will almost certainly be Haldex but I think they're now on 4th Gen and I am told that it is much, much better than what us Torsen lovers know as Haldex. It would have to be really good to win me over though.

remeber the 5 pot lives in the US Jetta too...not sure on layout thought but definately a 5 cylinder, though not 4wd in that example

I've just had a listen to a V6 Audi TT on Youtube, and it sounds nothing like that one posted. It definately sounds like a 5-pot.

Didn't Volvo transversely mount their 5-cylinder in the 850? Infamous for torque-steering.

yes, my old C70 use to torque steer a fair bit and that wasnt even a "hot" one. same 2.4 5pot lump as the focus ST
