the fact its being born on the Ring is at odds with the original SQ's playground but it looks 'fat', dull and not anything like as iconic as the boxy, quirky looking Sport quattro.

'Fraid i'm not sat here thinking of re-mortgaging the house to get one

i don't think audi will ever produce another car that will have the same affect as the ur quattro did. and this is not one to go in the history books . sure it may sell more cars than the ur did but i don't see them being around in 25 years time.there again i get to drive a r8 in a month or two so my thoughts about the new audis may be thrown out of the window.

Auto Express up to their usual speculation again?.

I saw them testing this car at the Ring. The turbo V8 sounded good, and it looked pretty quick.
I think I'll wait for someone else to drive one out of the showroom first. And I don't think I have anything with an MOT worth as little as £2k, but I doubt I'd have much bargaining power on a new Audi if I signed up to that anyway. £2k is not a big saving really.
