You can enter any car by smashing a window.

You probably can give almost any car voltage using starter wires without getting in the car. Giving feed to the starter motor is as easy but useless without ignition power.

This was just a way to load a dead battery and to enable the remote controls.

This thread has absolutely no harm to security.
