Thought I would just post to let you all know what I think of this Hank RS2 Billet turbo.
Spent the whole weekend including all through the night mapping several Audi 20vt cars belonging to forum members with Danny at DNA, Valdas, Audirus and myself.
Shattered now and need a well earned sleep.
Well I am pleased to announce that my car is now fully mapped on VEMS
The turbo is very very responsive and gives good power.
Unfortunately we maxed out the standard RS2 injectors very quickly.
However it now runs 1.8bar tailing off to approx 1.5.
Spool begins 2700 to 3000 and we see full boost by 3300 ish
I have spent the day terrorising anything that appeared that wanted to give it ago and managed to make everything shrink in the rear view mirror
I am so very happy with the result and would gladly recommend this setup for a fast responsive every day street car.
I would only suggest if you are thinking of this route opt right away for a set of EV14 injectors

Thanks Brian and can't wait for my warrior helmet

I went for a spin in this last night with Brian and it's quick!! If you don't want the expence of the 2.5 conversion, this is just about the perfect street set up. It has very little lag, nice mapping with no flat spots and pulls cleanly all the way to the redline and, with bigger injector I've no doubt there's more to come if you want it

Well I may eat my words..... I am looking for some bigger injectors!
Meanwhile.....
Started to have a play with installing my Methanol injection system yesterday.
I need to make a gauge holder for the vent and still need to connect to the ECU but should be able to have a play soon

The Aquamist ECU has tucked up nicely into the aux relay plate

The pump I have attached into the plastic tray in the boot

The flow control module has been mounted on the strut brace for now,

And as it will be running methanol I have secured the pipework under the car
