Oettinger 16V engine magazine article

I'm working on adding more history/background to our 20VT engines and want to start with info about the Oettinger 16V head (and a bit about the Drake 16V head as well).

I think I threw andn issue of VW&Porsche out that had the article I know need. (Ain't that always the way?). However, in the meantime, any leads on any magazine with the Oettinger 16V head would be appreciated.

Thanks. I used Google yesterday to find those links before I posted here. The Robert Collins one has a tonne of info. The Vortex link is frustrating because the article images are red [X] for me at least. Just the mention of October 1982, which is why I asked for help. But thanks.

I think I have a bit of info on the Oettlinger 16V engine in an old book I have on 1980's performance VW's. Will dig it out later and scan it in if it looks like it'll be of interest.

Oettinger 16V engine magazine article

I have a copy of Golf+ from March '08 with an article on a Golf Mk1 with Oettinger bits / engine (excuse my ignorance on this!).
"Crazy-rare Oettinger 2000E/16 Mk2 Golf" I quote...
Not much detail on the engine apart from specs etc, but some nice photos if you want me to scan & mail you?
