After those idiots supplying the wrong bumper due to their daft description also sending it to the billing address they want us to send it back. Right the box is massive. So quote so far is £200 more than the bumper cost. We have sent multiple emails asking them to arrange collection and take the cost off what they owe us. They should be standing the cost as it was all their fault but thats not happening. All emails are now being ignored. We will be giving them some publicity on Audis main Twitter feed. If that doesn't work I'll take the bloody thing back personally and will come out with my expenses too.
Can't see me keeping my classic Audis if this were the parts supply has to come from.

I always get my german audi dealer to order via audi tradition for me, then I can get around all there bs.

So far no problems going through my dealer.

But give them hell, if it is there mistake they should pay for return shipping etc.

That is one of the main reasons why i doubt i would go back to Audi ownership. The cars are great but due to their age it is reasonable that we will have to make a variety of repairs. That is fine with us but the lack of help from audi is just pathetic. More so when you consider how much effort goes in to maintaining some of their iconic vehicles.

I still hugely miss the S2 though. Keep looking at the emerald pearl one for sale. Need to stop dribbling and come back to reality.

Good luck Rob, I really hope you don't have to take it back in person but would love to be a fly on the wall in the office should that situation arise.

Their site and customer service's are abysmal, I avoid using them at all cost's on principal these days, though I will concede to having had a couple of things from them in past.

One of the email's they sent cardcrash regarding a new harmonic damper was unreal, it made no sense whatsoever.

I thought the Germans were supposed to be the most efficient people in Europe! I sometimes wonder if AT is operated either by children under five or the mentally handicapped.
