Actually it is a great place to be really, I'm product managing some key convergence/21c capability deliveries for BT Retail.
Dont fancy coming to lift my linespeed from 1mb with a following wind into something slightly more 21st century do you?

Hmmm, might ring 150 and try that. I could understand the speed if i was genuinely in the sticks, however i'm on a modern estate with circa 20k others

if your on a shared line ie a dacs then you can insist on a del (direct exchange line) be worth a phone call.
