I bought the Febi chain, it's been fine and still tight after a year of use.

How tight is 'tight' on these chains? Just asking as like Newsh, my engine rattles a little under the cam cover...

Tight! No movement whatsoever. I thought it was too tight at first.

There is a ton of aftermarket brands that offers chains for our engines, so no problem to find a new one really.

Hmmm but finding one you can trust is another thing. If it breaks, bye bye engine

Yea, some "trusted" brand is recommendable, but it's same price as an unknown brand.

The slack in the chain should be close to zero, so if there is slack it means the chain has stretchen some.
