I've done an awful lot to her to get the old girl to perform as audi originally intended. Great cars. I may have to sell in the future as I've got a house entension to fund.. We shall see.

Like when I ordered rear spring perches for an A4 quattro. Audi tried telling me the ones on Rs4 were different and therefore carried the famous RS tax. JokersComment

Absolutely stunning RS4s there. Someone put the only car I would replace my S2 with I would agree but I also have a serious weakness for the c5 RS6 even though it’s a money pit!!Comment

When I bought mine I had the replace the rear spring perches as they had rotted. All the rear bushes were petrished so I replaced them with polys throughout. The rear lower most eccentric one was replaced with lemforder ones. The front is standard multi link and was all done with lemforder parts. I did my cambelt because the last audi tech didn't replace the thermo.
I had to do the egts and my sais pump was seized and had popped the fuse. The pump direct from bosch was cheap enough. Tbh it's been a very reliable car and other than services Inc gearbox and diffs it's been brilliant.Comment

The real weak point Is the front brakes. If you push on for any length of time they fade quite badly. As I found out having some fun with my mates Rs6. But I don't drive it that way and tbh I prefer it oeComment

I have B7 front brakes on mine
I fitted a full turbo back Milltek and binned the AIS entirely, rebuilt the breather system, did cam actuators and belts and all the other bits.
Then I crashed it, rebuilt the entire front end with second hand parts from Jimbo and others. Ish repaired and repainted it, glass out, then a bit later I did all the all the bushes at the back, then after a couple of years I went back and did a full set of Meyle HD bushes and arms on the front!
I’ve never broken a spring, yet, but my buddy has done both rears.
Oh it has a Bilstein Eibach kit on it too.
