You are right about the price fluctuation. The good ones ultimately sell . There is as always people who will want to pay the same price for a good one as one that needs a few thousand spent on it .Unfortunately many peoples description of immaculate is very different to what an enthusiast has in his/her mind . The good thing about the B5 RS4 is that most of the chancers who wanted one have moved onto something more modern in the audi range .

I am a perfectionist and know mine is spot on mechanically and bodywork etc. But I'd expect to achieve 18to 20k. These ones up at 25 30k are trying their luck .

Flat front tyre on mine, pumped it up, not sure how fast it’s leaking will check it again today.

I had my Coupe motd and aligned now. I'm just waiting on my 60mm fuel pump basket to arrive so I can complete the 040 install.
(3b's dont come with 60mm baskets)
As soon as that's back in I'll get the car home and use her. Just gutted as my wings still aren't painted as my one man band painter has gone on lock down.. How does that make sense.

Yeah, I looked at the 034 billet alloy one which would have fitted to my original stripped down basket. But at £140 I couldnt bring myself to do it. After all I doubt it costs that to produce and its not even like it needs to be pretty. You'll never see it again. I found this one from a seller in Lithuania. Came quite quickly and was a fraction of the cost. Ill get ghat fitted tomorrow.
