Can any one read a 3B ecu with RS2 files and re flash if needed?

I Have a 3B ecu with RS2 files, the Car has the RS2 Hardware.

I want to confirm the files are what they are?

Have you had a look with Vagcom? On the right when it connects to the engine module.
Doesdnt always say though, depending what chips they are.
Have to take the chips out to read them.

You need to open ecu and check it manually. Original rs2 sw is not compatable with your Dizzy ecu. Only maps are rewriten, so if you have a boost meter you can check boost pressure. And load via Vagcom.
1.3bar from 3000-5000rpm
1.1bar at 6000rpm
0.7bar at 7000

Thanks John i have not had the old vag com leads for these cars for years i will have to borrow a set, Its a custom tune, is there any one that can remove the chips and read them for me please?

Do you have a working 3B to plug the ECU into? Mine is now wired as an ABY with 5 coils..
I can remove the chips and look at the code but I’m not sure what I’ll see.
Did Mihnea tune it? If so he will probably have put his signature in it which would appear in the Engine Controller screen in Vagcom.

If it’s running an RS2 spec tune it will have a 3 bar map sensor in it too, iirc Mihnea used to modify the original map sensors by opening the case and replacing the chip and remove the writing from the top.
