aqc speedo not working

Well Its come to this. Going to sell my 1990 quattro coupe 2.3 20v lots of upgrades brakes , suspension loads of engine mods( very subtle) stainless exhaust but as original as it can be. One thing I want to do before i let it go is to fix a small problem that it had before I put it away for winter. Speedo works but doesnt clock any mileage trip clock not turning either. I'd like to fix it in order to sell it as a complete runner not needing any work, would like to put a full MOT on it too but wont get that with the speedo not working as it should, I have put lots of work in to this car over the years i've owned it so would really like to get back what i've put in to it, I have bought ( last year) , a mint RS2. Any help regards the speedo clock would be most appreciated. In advance Thanks

There are two little plastic gears that need changing. Partworks de do them. The old ones fall apart.

You need to replace a small cog in the odometer.
